What do I need to switch online?

You don’t need much. For an accurate quote, it’s best to have a recent utility bill in front of you, as we will need to know:

  • Your current supplier
  • Your current tariff
  • Your current usage

But don’t worry if you don’t, the minimum we need to know is who your current supplier is, the rest we can estimate using our service.

Then, if you find a tariff you’d like to switch to, you’ll just need to complete a form with details about you, your property and bank account if you are planning to pay by direct debit.
